Sona Sood
Level 3 Coach Supervisor & Facilitator
Sona has coached for over 10 years and firmly believes that all clients have the answers within. Her goal is for clients to become more self-reliant, develop skills to self-coach far beyond sessions and to learn how to trust their own voices and wisdom.
Having the fortune of living in and visiting different parts of the world has given her the privilege of working with clients from ethnically, occupationally, and socio-economically diverse backgrounds. As a result, she’s able to relate and empathize with people easily, allowing her to create a safe space for clients to reflect.
She brings her knowledge of somatic coaching, cognitive behavioral coaching, neuroscience, and positive psychology to sessions with her clients. When it comes to coaching for executive function skills, she approaches clients from a strengths-based perspective so that clients can experience their resourcefulness, develop growth mindsets, and exercise their autonomy by creating systems and solutions that work for them.
