Neuroinclusive Classroom Practice Programme

Teachers are expected to meet increasingly diverse learning needs, often without the time, tools, or training to fully understand the cognitive and emotional differences within their classrooms. As a result, many rely on behaviour management strategies that focus on surface-level behaviours rather than the underlying causes of overwhelm, dysregulation, or disengagement. This programme was developed to address that gap by helping educators understand how the brain responds to stress, language, and environment, and by providing practical, in-the-moment strategies that can be applied immediately. The aim is to support a shift from reactive approaches to more consistent, proactive classroom practices that benefit all learners and create lasting, whole-school change.
