Join the Movement Through Our Autumn Executive Function Coach Training

Become part of the neuroinclusion movement – with tools that actually make a difference

1. The World Is Changing – And So Is Our Understanding of the Brain

Across schools, workplaces, clinics and communities, more people are recognising the importance of neuroinclusion — but awareness alone isn’t enough.

What’s needed now is action: the kind that’s grounded in science, shaped by compassion, and led by people who truly want to make a difference.

That’s what our Autumn Level 1 Executive Function Coach Training is designed for — to give you the practical tools, understanding, and confidence to support neurodivergent people in ways that actually work.

2. A Practical Response to a Real Need

This course equips you with everything you need to understand the brain-based reasons behind challenges like overwhelm, disorganisation, emotional dysregulation, and burnout — and how to support people to manage them with strategies that actually fit.

Whether you work in education, mental health, coaching, corporate wellbeing, or you’re a parent or carer — this course is for you.

3.Why Now?

Because neurodivergent people are still being misunderstood. Still being judged for things their brains make harder. Still navigating systems that weren’t designed for them. And because you have the chance to be part of the shift — to stop reacting to behaviour, and start supporting the brain behind it.

You don’t need to be a coach already. You just need to care, and be ready to learn.

4. Why This Course?

  • Science-led – grounded in the latest executive function and brain research
  • Empowering – learn to create safe, motivating coaching relationships
  • Flexible – online delivery with morning and evening options
  • For real people – no jargon, just practical skills and lived understanding

“This isn’t a box-ticking course. It’s deep, powerful, and gave me a completely new perspective. It’s changed how I teach — and how I parent.”
– Natalie, SEN Teacher & Mum

5. Who Should Attend and Why

This course is ideal for anyone who supports neurodivergent individuals — whether in education, therapy, coaching, the workplace, care settings, or at home.

If you’re a teacher, SENCO, therapist, coach, mentor, line manager, parent, or support worker, you’ll gain practical tools and a deeper understanding of how the brain works.

You don’t need to be a trained coach — just someone who wants to move beyond surface-level strategies and offer meaningful, neuroscience-informed support that truly makes a difference.

6. Course Details

The next cohort starts on 16 September 2025, with two live time slots (morning and evening UK time) to suit global learners and busy schedules.
