The Neuroinclusive Classroom Practice for 6 people – Autumn 2026

Neuroinclusive practice is about shifting from reactive behaviour management to understanding behaviour through regulation, development, and executive functioning.

Across both programmes, educators learn how to:

  • support attention, memory, and emotional regulation
  • reduce classroom friction and escalation
  • improve engagement and participation
  • build consistency across staff teams
  • respond to behaviour with clarity and confidence

Each programme is delivered over 3 live modules across one term, with practical application between sessions.

This programme is designed for primary (upper), secondary, and further education settings.

It focuses on:

  • adolescent regulation and behaviour
  • executive function challenges in learning
  • engagement and motivation in older learners
  • classroom consistency across subjects and staff teams

Why we developed the The Neuroinclusive Classroom Practice for 6 people – Autumn 2026

We developed these programmes in response to what we consistently see in schools and early years settings: > Increasing complexity of learner needs > Behaviour that is often misunderstood rather than supported > Staff feeling under-equipped to respond to regulation challenges > Inconsistent approaches across year groups and teams > Limited practical training on executive function in classrooms These programmes bridge that gap by combining: > neuroscience of executive function > neuroinclusive teaching practice > real classroom application > and simple, usable strategies for educators
