Neuro-Inclusive Support

Supporting a neurodivergent person is about far more than organisation, reminders or productivity tools. It starts with understanding executive functions and how they shape the way people plan, organise, prioritise, communicate and manage everyday life.

The Neuro-Inclusive Support Service (NiSS) Course has been designed for professionals who want to provide more effective, neuro-inclusive support. Whether you’re a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, workplace professional, coach, support worker or employment specialist, you’ll gain the knowledge, confidence and practical strategies to make a genuine difference.

Through engaging video lessons, downloadable resources, practical activities and real-world examples, you’ll learn why common challenges occur, how to reduce cognitive load, communicate more effectively and create systems that support independence rather than dependence.

Why we developed the Neuro-inclusive support course

At Connections in Mind, we’ve spent years supporting neurodivergent individuals, families and workplaces. Throughout that journey, we’ve seen a growing need for high-quality training that equips people with the knowledge and practical skills to provide truly neuroinclusive support. The Neuroinclusive Support Course was developed by Chantelle Roberts, Managing Director, and Victoria Bagnall, Co-founder of Connections in Mind. Drawing on decades of combined experience in executive function coaching, workplace support and neurodiversity, the course brings together evidence-informed practice, real-world experience and practical strategies that can be applied immediately. For Victoria, this work is also deeply personal. Having experienced first-hand the positive impact that the right support can have, she understands how knowledgeable, compassionate support can transform confidence, independence and wellbeing. Our goal is simple: to help create a new generation of neuroinclusive support professionals who understand executive functions, recognise individual strengths and challenges, and have the confidence to provide support that enables people to thrive-not just complete tasks. Whether you’re supporting clients, employees, colleagues or a loved one, this course has been designed to give you the tools to make a meaningful and lasting difference.
